RETURN (WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT) The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract of products purchased in the Wolflove.eu store within 14 days of receiving them,
ALONG WITH A COMPLETED RETURN FORM (downloadable at the bottom of the page) and an attached proof of purchase (receipt).
• We do not accept parcels sent to us by cash on delivery or parcel lockers.
• Each returned product should be properly packed and secured.
• The cost of returning the goods is covered by the Buyer.
Transaction costs are refunded within 14 days of receipt of the return to the Customer’s bank account indicated in the form.
