1. Respecting your rights and respecting the Personal Data Protection Act, we undertake to maintain the security and confidentiality of the personal data obtained. All employees of the Store have been properly trained in the processing of personal data.

3. In our Store, we collect the following personal data:
- Your name and surname and address of residence – we need it to ship the ordered Product.
- Your telephone number – it happens that we call to confirm the Order or in the event of unexpected events, such as the lack of a Product in stock, while proposing the most advantageous solution.
- Your e-mail address – we send you an order confirmation via the e-mail address, and we contact you.
- IP address and other information contained in the system logs – information resulting from the general rules of connections made on the Internet, such as the IP address, is used by the Store’s administrator for technical purposes. IP addresses may also be used for statistical purposes – to collect general demographic information (e.g. about the region from which the connection is made).
- Cookies – our Online Store uses Cookies technology to adapt its functioning to your individual needs. You can agree that the data entered by you will be remembered, thanks to which you will be able to use them the next time you visit the Store’s websites without re-entering them. Other site owners will not have access to this data. During your visit to the Store’s website, the Store’s system sends at least one cookie file to your computer in order to uniquely identify the browser. The store’s server automatically records the information sent by your browser when viewing websites. Server logs may contain information such as network request, IP address, browser type and language, date and time of the request. This information allows us to improve the quality of our services by identifying and storing your preferences and tracking trends, such as the ways in which our site is searched. The customer may prohibit the receipt of cookies, which will remain anonymous, but by not allowing the registration of cookies, the store will not be able to identify the customer or his preferences. When making a purchase in our Store using the Order Form available on the Store’s website, after completing such an Order from our database, we remove all data that may identify you (name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address). There is only a sales document stored for our fiscal needs and related to possible claims for a period of 6 years. After this time, the data is completely deleted.
5. Each User of our Store has the option of choosing whether and to what extent they want to use our services and share information about themselves. If for some reason you do not wish to leave your personal data, you have the right to delete them or not use our Store. However, failure to provide all the personal data required in the form may mean that we will not be able to complete the order.
6. Your data provided when placing the order, i.e. your name and surname, delivery address, telephone number and e-mail address, are provided by us and also processed by postal operators or couriers in the form of a label / bill of lading, which is also an order for delivery of the shipment.

In accordance with the provisions of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27.4.2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR), we inform that you have the right to correct, supplement, update, rectify and request removal of your personal data.
